Our professional Driver/Guide will pick you up with
lunch boxes from your Hotel/Lodge in Arusha at 7:00hrs then
leave Arusha and proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater. Drive across
the Ardai Plains then pass the Great Rift Valley. Continue to
drive further along plantations at Karatu then through the
Ngorongoro Conservation Forest Reserve. Upon arriving at the rim
of the Crater, you descend 610m/2000ft down to the base of the
crater. Here you begin the Crater tour by watching and
photographing the wild animals including the only remaining
Africa’s black rhino, black–maned lions, buffaloes, leopard,
elephants, wildebeests, zebra and birds such as flamingoes
around the shores of the Soda Lake.
In the afternoon there is a short drive to the picnic site for
lunch. After lunch, you will continue with the tour until
16:00hrs after which you leave the Crater and return to Arusha
arriving by evening.
The Ngorongoro Crater full day safari is recommended for business men and officials who come to
participate in the local or international events, normally held
at the famous Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC).
